If you are looking for someone that builds decent, affordable-accessible housing for families that meet area low-income guidelines, individuals with disabilities, familes caring for individuals with disabling conditions and seniors then this is the website for you.
One of our programs, the "ABC's of Homeownership" is a tool to educate individuals, families and community provider groups of the availability of affordable housing, assistive technology and resources that increase the probability that you will be able to purchase a home.
However, ABC does not provide mortgage financing (you will need pre-approval from a mortgage company or lender), and participants are required to meet program guidelines. In addition potential homeowners must attend first time home buyer training. If you have not purchased or owned a home within three years you will be concidered a first home buyer.
Owning your own home is the universal dream shared by each of us. Under our program our nonprofit Community Housing Development Organization can assist in making your dream of homeownership a reality.
